Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

We accept EFT/bank transfer, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayFast. For Enterprise clients, we can arrange custom payment arrangements.

You can create contracts from templates, customise them, and send them to clients for electronic signature directly from the platform. Clients receive an email with a secure link to review and sign. All signed contracts are stored securely with audit trails.

Yes. You can import leads via CSV file from the Leads section of your dashboard. Our import wizard will help you map your columns to our fields. We support most common CRM export formats.

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add team members with different roles: Manager (can manage campaigns, leads, and view reports), Agent (can log calls, manage assigned leads, and set appointments), and Viewer (read-only access). Team sizes vary by plan.
